TPC executes a range of processes on a variety of materials to serve diverse industries with many intended applications. Our primary machining processes include Horizontal and Vertical machining centers where we perform boring, contouring, counterboring, countersinking, drilling, facing, grooving, reaming, tapers, tapping, thread milling and Turning Centers which include live turning. CNC programming utilizes Master Cam 2019 and our Design and Development department’s CAD platform is Creo Parametric (formerly Pro Engineer). Materials include Alloy Steels, Aluminum, Brass, Bronze Alloy, Carbon Steel, Cast Iron, Cooper, Nickel, Stainless Steel, and Plastic Polymers. Common intended applications of our work include Aluminum Bearings and Ring seals for the Industrial HVAC industry, Adapters, Bushings, Couplings, Flanges, Spacers, Weldments, Road Equipment Components, Machine Components, Systems and Services that support the Confectionery Industry, and more.

DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT

TPC offers a complete line of engineering, design, assembly, and install services. Technical Data Packages include Assembly Drawings with Bill of Materials and fully detailed component drawings. We also create designs/drawings for new parts and assemblies and reverse engineer designs/drawings for existing parts and assemblies.

TPC is proud of its investment in its quality control department, which includes various gauging, instruments, and experienced personnel.

Our flagship piece is our programable Mitutoyo BHN1325

Co-ordinate Measuring Machine with 40” x 52” x 100” travel.

We also have a full complement of thread gauges/ring gauges/micrometers/dial bores plus many more utilized pieces.

All equipment is stored and maintained in our enclosed

climate-controlled quality room.

Our quality control personnel follow our calibration schedule that consists of in-house calibration and outside vendor services. Our physical standards are traceable to the National Bureau of Standards.
